Rachel Kalap


Hons.B.Mus (Voice Performance)

Rachel graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance She has sung in choirs from a young age, and is now a student conductor and rehearsal assistant with the Grand Philharmonic Choir under the direction of Amanda Brunk. She is passionate about teaching voice, and was the co-president of SNATS (Student Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing) at Wilfrid Laurier. 
Notable local distinctions include: KW Arts Award, Leading Edge Award (2012), and Kitchener Youth Activities Council, Arts & Culture Award (2012).
