Jessica is currently in her third year at Wilfrid Laurier University studying piano with Leslie De’Ath. She is working towards a double major in both Piano Performance and Music Education. Jessica is originally from Mississauga and studied piano with Anna Fomina from a very young age. She recently performed Gillingham’s Concerto for Piano and Percussion Orchestra with the Laurier Percussion Ensemble and also accompanies the Maureen Forrester Singers women’s choir. She has successfully competed in both Peel and Kiwanis music festivals since age 9. Jessica also has a love for choir and takes on many leadership roles within her ensemble. Jessica has an interest in early childhood music education and hopes to teach in the classroom as well as continuing to teach privately.
